Design
If you can dream it, we can build it. Every Prairie Tec project starts with design built around how your operation actually functions. While we are known for square, corrugated-wall grain bins for farms and grain handling plants, we can also work with traditional round bins, too! Many of our projects may look similar from the outside, but inside they are fully customized. We work closely with you during the design phase to ensure your equipment layout, material flow, and operational needs are integrated from the start.
Fabrication
All fabrication is done in-house at our shop, giving us full control over quality and timelines. With our CNC press brake, we can fabricate panels quickly and precisely. We stand behind every component that leaves our shop. Prairie Tec is Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB) certified, providing added assurance that our fabrication meets recognized standards for strength, consistency, and safety.
Retrofits
Retrofits require careful planning and honest assessment. Prairie Tec has completed retrofit projects for farms, grain elevators, seed plants, and feed mills. If you want to upgrade equipment while keeping your existing building, we can help evaluate what makes sense. We’ll walk through your goals, assess what is physically possible, and discuss what is economically practical before work begins.
